Design & Project Delivery
Design coordination spanning concept development through to project completion, integrating mood boards, material and finish coordination, sample scheduling, procurement, digital workflows, drawing and document control, quality assurance, and on-site delivery to ensure design intent is maintained throughout every stage of the project.
DRAWING COORDINATION & APPROVALS
Drawing Approval Workflow
Managing the coordination and review of design information throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring drawings align with the Employer’s Requirements (ERs), client specifications, and agreed design intent prior to formal approval. This involves reviewing drawing packages, checking key details, finishes, layouts, and technical information against project requirements, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating comments with the relevant design teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Supporting the approval process through structured workflows, revision tracking, and communication between stakeholders, while proactively chasing outstanding actions to maintain programme deadlines and ensure information is issued, reviewed, and approved efficiently.
This process demonstrates the coordination required between client expectations, consultant information, and subcontractor submissions to support the successful delivery of the approved design on site.
Sample Tracker
Sample Tracker
To manage the large volume of interior finishes across multiple apartments, I developed a live approval tracker that records the status of every material throughout the design process. The tracker monitors submissions, consultant comments, outstanding actions and client approvals, providing a single reference point that supports procurement, programme management and quality control.
Material Coordination
Material selections were coordinated from initial specification through to installation, ensuring approved samples accurately reflected the final built outcome. Reviewing finishes, organising sample submissions and maintaining approval records helped maintain consistency between design intent, procurement and construction.
Joinery & Finish Coordination
Bespoke joinery, finishes and material samples were reviewed throughout the approval process to verify that manufactured elements accurately reflected the approved design intent. Coordination between designers, suppliers and site teams ensured quality, consistency and buildability prior to installation.

PLATFORM CONFIGURATION
Insite Project Setup
Configured the Insite platform to align with company processes by creating standardised templates, setting up project tools, and establishing digital workflows. Responsible for configuring modules including QA, snagging, forms, permits, RAMS, toolbox talks, commissioning, and weekly inspections, ensuring a consistent approach to quality management and project administration across the project.
Configured the project dashboard and tool structure.
Created and standardised company templates.
Set up digital forms and inspection workflows.
Managed user permissions and project access.
Configured QA, snagging, RAMS, permits, toolbox talks, and commissioning modules.
Supported subcontractors with onboarding and system training.
Maintained the platform throughout the project lifecycle.
Digital Forms & Inspections
Digital inspection forms were configured to standardise quality assurance, health and safety documentation and site inspections across the project. These workflows improved consistency, streamlined reporting and provided a structured approach to recording project information.
Snagging & Defect Management
Snagging inspections were coordinated through digital reporting workflows, enabling defects to be recorded, allocated and tracked through to completion. Organising information by location, trade and priority improved visibility of outstanding works while supporting efficient communication between consultants, subcontractors and the site team.
